- Role: US IT Recruiter
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Education and Experience:
- 1-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Minimum 1-year experience recruiting in the relevant industry environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Spanish Speaking is an added advantage.
